These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okazje platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Policy
Only players aged 18 years or above may register and use the okazje platform. Age verification may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active okazje account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and free-spin awards are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met.
Fair Use & Fraud Prevention
okazje reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds where evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting software is identified.

All data transmitted between your browser and okazje servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal and financial information is never sold to third parties.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the okazje website and its associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and okazje (the "Platform" or "we").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the okazje Platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure before placing any bets or making any deposits.
okazje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms that govern your use of okazje.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the okazje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on okazje, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You do not currently hold another active okazje account and have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by okazje or any affiliated programme.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of okazje.
- You have not been previously barred from the Platform by okazje for any reason.
okazje takes its age verification obligations seriously. The Platform may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account registration process or subsequently during your use of okazje. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation when requested will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
If okazje discovers that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment source (net of any amounts already withdrawn), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. okazje will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of underage gambling where the player has provided false information about their age.
03 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of okazje services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and accurate. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one active okazje account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, okazje reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across those accounts.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okazje username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. okazje strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional layer of account security. okazje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
You must notify okazje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. okazje will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security or has shared their credentials with a third party.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
- Do not access your okazje account over public Wi-Fi networks without using a VPN.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Review your account transaction history regularly to identify any suspicious activity.
Know Your Customer (KYC): okazje operates a KYC verification process for all accounts prior to processing significant withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a copy of your government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address (dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification protects you against fraudulent withdrawal requests from third parties. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification will have their withdrawal privileges suspended.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the okazje Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okazje supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods designed to serve players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh, including but not limited to: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits: Deposits via bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically credited to your okazje account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile financial service provider's system. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one Bangladesh business day to be reflected in your account balance. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the okazje payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash & Nagad: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours.
- Rocket & Upay: Typically processed within 2–6 hours during business hours.
- Bank Transfer (BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali, Dutch-Bangla): 1–3 Bangladesh business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practices. okazje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawals. Withdrawal requests placed outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day.
Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are published in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. okazje reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time in accordance with applicable risk management policies.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with okazje support constitutes a breach of these Terms. okazje reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and pursue recovery of funds where a chargeback is determined to be unjustified.
05 Bonus & Promotions Policy
okazje offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal campaign rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each promotion is launched. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit on okazje may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn), and any time limit on completing the wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion's dedicated page at the time of the offer.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonuses awarded by okazje must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not to any cash funds held in the account. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are used after cash funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are issued on a per-player, per-promotion basis and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- okazje reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent or abusive behaviour — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, misrepresentation of identity, or exploitation of system errors — will be forfeited.
- Seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each campaign.
okazje monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse. Strategies such as low-risk matched betting across both sides of a market using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of bonus conditions in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play, may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may trigger an account review.
06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the okazje Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player on the Platform:
- You will provide accurate and truthful information at registration and keep your account details up to date.
- You will use the Platform solely for your own personal, recreational gaming purposes.
- You will not use the Platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful in Bangladesh or in your country of residence.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to online gaming, money transmission, and financial transactions.
- You will not attempt to access or interfere with the accounts of other players.
- You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or place bets on the Platform.
okazje reserves the right to monitor all account activity, betting patterns, and transaction histories for compliance with these obligations. Where a potential breach is identified, okazje may freeze the account pending investigation, suspend withdrawal privileges, request additional documentation, or permanently close the account depending on the severity of the identified conduct.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the okazje Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. okazje makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which okazje operates. If you are uncertain about whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering an account.
07 Responsible Gaming
okazje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take active steps to support players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour.
All registered players have access to a suite of responsible gaming tools within their account settings. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated without contacting support. Available tools include:
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month in BDT.
- Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and prompts after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
- Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net betting position and time spent on the Platform during the current session.

08 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your okazje account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, okazje will verify your identity and ensure that all pending bets have been settled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated BDT withdrawal method after deduction of any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
Platform-Initiated Suspension: okazje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
- Regulatory requirements or court orders.
- Identification of an account held by a person under the age of 18.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, okazje will communicate the reason for suspension (to the extent that doing so does not compromise the integrity of the investigation) and the expected timeframe for resolution via the registered email address associated with the account.
Dormant Accounts: An okazje account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. okazje may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the cashier section. okazje will notify you via email before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any identity verification steps requested.
